I want to demonstrate how eating healthily and using more nutritious ingredients doesn't have to be time consuming, boring or expensive and here you can find ways to incorporate these into your life.
Easy to make - chewy, festive, gluten free, grain free biscuits
180g almond flour
3 tbsp. dessicated coconut
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 egg (or 1 tbsp. chia seeds)
12 mejool dates
80%+ dark chocolate chopped up into rough chips
Splash of nut milk
Blend everything except the chocolate and cranberries together until a dough is formed.
Stir in chocolate chips and cranberries.
Take approximately 2 tbsp. and divide into rough biscuits on a greased baking tray. Press down with a fork to flatten into shape.
Cook for approimately 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
