Festive cranberry, chocolate chip biscuits

Easy to make - chewy, festive, gluten free, grain free biscuits


  • 180g almond flour

  • 3 tbsp. dessicated coconut

  • 1/2 tsp. allspice

  • 1 egg (or 1 tbsp. chia seeds)

  • 12 mejool dates

  • Dried cranberries

  • 80%+ dark chocolate chopped up into rough chips

  • Splash of nut milk


  1. Blend everything except the chocolate and cranberries together until a dough is formed.

  2. Stir in chocolate chips and cranberries.

  3. Take approximately 2 tbsp. and divide into rough biscuits on a greased baking tray. Press down with a fork to flatten into shape.

  4. Cook for approimately 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

  5. Enjoy!
