Easy to make - chewy, festive, gluten free, grain free biscuits
180g almond flour
3 tbsp. dessicated coconut
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 egg (or 1 tbsp. chia seeds)
12 mejool dates
80%+ dark chocolate chopped up into rough chips
Splash of nut milk
Blend everything except the chocolate and cranberries together until a dough is formed.
Stir in chocolate chips and cranberries.
Take approximately 2 tbsp. and divide into rough biscuits on a greased baking tray. Press down with a fork to flatten into shape.
Cook for approimately 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
