Glorious green smoothie

Ingredients

  • Half a ripe avocado
  • A few leaves of kale/spinach
  • A handful of blueberries
  • 1 stick of celery
  • 1 small apple
  • Half a lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of shelled hemp seeds
  • A chunk of fresh ginger
  • A chunk of fresh turmeric
  • Top with water or coconut water

Directions 

  1. Whizz it all up in the blender
  2. Enjoy
